Performance conversations and Coach training for groups
I run in-house one and two day introductions for directors, managers internal coaches, HR and learning and development professionals. These are practical and aimed at working on “live” issues and situations that the individuals bring to the training. The training also introduces the simple solutions focus tools of this approach and focus on conversations for progress , improving performance and client relationships, building trust and creating progress and change. All sessions are designed for your particular objectives in mind. Unlike “standard” coach trainings our approach is based on working with you to create an approach that fits with your existing culture and to work with your existing successes.

When you book a workshop training or coaching with me with me I will ask you :
What you want to be able to do even better or know more about in order to be more effective – so I can tailor the course learning activities to reflect this
What you’re already doing that works well – I can then interactively coach you or the group to then consciously do more of the same
What new ideas, knowledge or insights would additionally help you - I then include relevant, well – researched solutions that you can put into immediate practice.

3-4 sessions individually tailored “brief coach” training, coaching and mentoring on using this approach for ambitious professionals wanting to improve their coaching skills in terms of time and results.
